BOTRA is a not for profit organization whose purpose is to:-

advance the Western Australian Harness Racing Industry through consultation with Racing and Wagering Western Australia, breeders, owners, trainers and reinspersons; and

protect the rights and privileges of its members which comprise of breeders, owners, trainers and reinspersons.
